Required Education



Attendance at the IRB In-House Education Program

This program is offered six times a year and begins at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 1:00 p.m.  It provides a comprehensive review of research topics including ethics, IRB submission, HIPAA, informed consent issues, and good clinical practice (GCP).  The program is offered on the Tulsa Campus via videoconference.


Registration is required to attend.

TO REGISTER CLICK HERE,complete the registration form and submit by email.  The form will be forwarded to the IRB Mailbox.  (NOTE: this form will not forward to the IRB Office if you are using an Apple computer.)

You are now able to verify your own registration.  Allow the IRB Office approximately one business day to complete your registration and enter it into iRIS.  From your iRIS Home Screen, click on the My Assistant tab / My Account Information link/ Education History tab.
