iRIS Training

 

This training is for the IRB's new on-line submission system - iRIS 

Currently, iRIS training can be scheduled for a group (up to 6 individuals) or on an individual basis by calling the IRB office at 405-271-2045.

iRIS Account Information

If you are employed by an OUHSC affiliate institution (see list below) and do not have OUHSC/OU credentials, you will not be able to log into the iRIS system.  To obtain an OUHSC/OU IT account, send an email to the IRB Mailbox (irb@ouhsc.edu) and include the following information:

Name

Email Address

Phone Number

Name of your institution

 

   OUHSC Affiliate Institutions

VA OKC

VA Muskogee

DMEI

OFDR

OMRF

OU Medical Center

Tulsa Cancer Institute

 

You will be sent instructions that includes a form for you to complete and return to the IRB.

Non-OU Collaborators:  individuals who are not employees or students of OUHSC or an employee of one of its affiliates can complete the CITI using their institution’s email.  We will not be providing OUHSC IT accounts/emails to non-OU collaborators.
