How to Apply
All International, Permanent Residents, and US Naturalized citizens
must meet the same admission criteria of the university, college,
and department, as required of American citizens. As well as the
following:
- Must satisfy the English proficiency requirement
- Must verify adequate financial support
Note: Permanent Residents of the U.S. are required to
submit a copy of their green card (both sides).
An application cannot be considered for admission until the Office of
Admissions and Records has received the following items:
Completed Application Form
There are two ways to apply to OUHSC:
- The preferred method of applying to The University of Oklahoma Health
Sciences Center is through the online application. OUHSC
On-Line Application
- The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center hard copy application
provided in a pdf format which must be printed, completed, and
mailed to the Office of Admissions and Records . Hardcopy
Paper Application
In addition to the completed University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center
application form, some undergraduate and graduate departments require a
supplemental application form, but departmental requirements vary. Please
refer to “Program Information” for the department links.
