College of Medicine

The College of offers both graduate and professional degree programs. The four-year Doctor of Medicine (MD) program provides students with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for a successful career in medicine. The College of Medicine also offers a 30-month Physician Assistant and Associate Programs leading to a Master of Health of Science degree. The biomedical science departments provide an opportunity for in-depth study and research in biological and behavioral sciences. Master of Science (MS) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degrees are available in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Microbiology and Immunology, Neuroscience, Pathology, Pharmacology and Toxicology, and Physiology, Radiological Sciences, and Genetic Counseling.
