A/V Design and Installation Services
AMDS is your one-stop, in-house solution for all of your Audio/Visual, Videoconferencing, and Telemedicine installation needs. We offer full consultation and design services for rooms, conference spaces, lecture halls and classrooms; both new and old construction. Our designs adhere to Academic Technology
campus standards. Our process is detailed below:
AMDS consults with you to define design goals and performance expectations. Then together we set a deployment timeline and schedule, and define standards, preliminary design concepts, and budgets.
- System Design and Architecture
Technology components are selected and systems layouts, including wiring and equipment rack diagrams, are designed. These form the basis for detailed design drawings and customized installation manuals.
Because we staff professional A/V Integrators and Coders, AMDS monitors all facets of the project and installation. Our team is continually evaluated for technical expertise and rated for performance to maintain standards and consistency. Our job is not done until you sign off on the successful install.
- Field Engineering Oversight
Best-in-class engineers ensure all systems are tuned and commissioned to predefined client specifications. This includes on-site and remote system programming, inspections, and photo documentation.
- Post Install Service and Support
All of our installations come with 1-year free support, after the project is completed. After that year, support can be purchased from AMDS. Some customers issue an open-ended SUR. Contact AMDS for more information.
