Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:  Provide better understanding of the results of the ACCORD Eye Study and its clinical applications.   To evaluate the effects of fenofibrate on the lipid profile.   To examine the possibility that the effect of fenofibrate on the progression of diabetic retinopathy mediated by its effect on the serum lipids
