Life’s Simple 7 and Healthy Longevity:  Can We Fully Restore Low Risk?

Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:  Identify primordial prevention and explain its relation to CVD prevention.  To explain the importance of maintaining optimal levels of cardiovascular health components with regard to CVD risk.  To describe evidence that supports the additional benefits for the primordial prevention of CVD beyond traditional disease outcomes.
