Overflow Incontinence
Overflow incontinence is characterized by involuntary leakage of urine from an
overdistended bladder. The amount of urine lost is usually small.
Clinically, overflow incontinence may mimic stress incontinence, since the leakage may
occur with an increase in intra-abdominal pressure.
