The OUHSC IBC normally meets the last Tuesday of each month, except for August and December (subject to change at
the discretion of the Committee). The deadline to have a protocol reviewed is
2:00 p.m., 11 days prior to a regularly scheduled meeting. Any protocol
submitted after the 11-day deadline will be reviewed at the next scheduled meeting.
Human protocols are not reviewed at regularly scheduled IBC meetings. Review of these protocol are performed at separate meetings set as needed.
