Protocol Submission

The IBC Biosafety Protocol Form for all protocol is now available on Topaz! For any new protocol, including recombinant DNA, microorganism/virus/toxin use, transgenics, or human clinical trials, please use the Topaz online forms.

• Instructions on use are available by clicking here.
• If you are not able to enter the system, or your technicians are not listed, until IT can connect the staff list through the Outlook LDAP you will need to call the EHSO(405) 271-3000 or send an email to be manually added to the system.
• Click here to go to the Topaz entry portal to enter new protocol.

Resubmission Form
