Accelerated Geriatric Experience (A.G.E.) Program

The AGE program involves 40 hours of dementia focused training for health care professionals and others in aging-related fields.

The AGE program is free of charge, self-study, and available online.

Registrants will be matched with a mentor from their geographic location who will provide program guidance.

AGE participants complete their training in 6 months or less and receive:

  • A strong understanding of Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias
  • Enhanced communication skills with patients and care partners
  • A certificate of completion
  • A letter for your employer recognizing your accomplishment (at your request)
  • A credential you can incorporate into your resume or vitae
