Simple Healthy Recipes
The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) of the USDA has recipes for low-cost meals on their web page. The files are in pdf form and can be downloaded for free at their recipe finder page. Visit the SNAP-Ed Connection website to check out the resources there on how to make your food dollars go further. ONIE also has recipes for low-cost meals.
