Dr. Kay S. Beavers graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1990. In addition, Dr. Beavers has an A.A.S. in Dental Hygiene (1980) from Del Mar College, and B.S. in Biology from Sam Houston State University in 1983. Dr. Beavers was the interim course director for Oral Radiology during 1999-2000 and is the Course Director for the Oral Diagnosis course for dental hygiene and dental students. Dr. Beavers' professional career includes having a private practice 1990-1991 and working with the United States Public Health Service/Indian Health Service from 1991-1998. She has been with the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry Oral Diagnosis and Radiology department since 1998. Dr. Beavers is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, Oklahoma Dental Association, and the Oklahoma Association of Women Dentists. She is also a member of the Oklahoma Orchid Society. |

Dr. Fred Cleaver graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry, Class of 1978, which was the third graduating class from the College of Dentistry. Dr. Cleaver attended the University of Oklahoma from 1971-1974, then began his training at the College of Dentistry starting in 1974. Dr. Cleaver has been a part-time Clinical Instructor with the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry beginning in 1978, and now serves as a Clinical Associate Professor. He has also been in private practice in Oklahoma City since 1978. |

Dr. Richard Corwin is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. In addition to his D.D.S. from the University of Oklahoma, he has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bradley University and a Master of Science degree from Illinois State University. Dr. Corwin has been an instructor with the Department of Oral Diagnosis and Radiology for thirty-five years. In June of 2011 he retired from private practice in Midwest City, Oklahoma after thirty-five years. Dr. Richard Corwin was the 2002 Part-Time Faculty Achievement Award recipient for the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. | Dr. Emile Farha is a graduate of Baylor University College of Dentistry and Texas Tech University. After more than 25 years of private practice in Midland, Texas, Dr. Farha joined the faculty of Oral Diagnosis and Radiology of the University of Oklahoma in 1996. |

| Dr. Wallace Haskett is a 1977 graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1973.
Dr. Haskett has been a valuable asset to the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry, having been an Instructor at the University for thirty-five years. Dr. Haskett also has had a private practice for the past thirty-five years in the community of Norman, Oklahoma. Dr. Wallace Haskett is a member of the Academy of Sports Dentistry and the Pierre Fauchard Academy.

Dr. Thomas E. Klag graduated from Marquette University (1974) with his D.D.S. degree. Dr. Klag served in the U.S. Army in Manheim, West Germany from 1974 - 1977. He was at UMKC/VA Hospital in Leavenworth, Kansas for his residency in Graduate Periodontics from 1977 - 1979. He received a certificate in Periodontics. Dr. Klag received his M.P.H. from East Tennessee State University in Health Education in 1990. Dr. Klag was in a private dental practice from 1979 - 1984. He then joined the Veterans Administration from 1984 - 2009 where he served in Tennessee, Florida and Oklahoma. Recently, in 2009, Dr. Klag retired from the VA with 30 total years of federal service. Dr. Klag now serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. Dr. Klag has been married to his wife, Anita, for 40 years and they have three children and three grandchildren. Dr. Klag's professional memberships include the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Periodontology. |

Dr. Eric Loper is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. He previously attended the University of Oklahoma, in Norman, and graduated with a B.S. degree. Dr. Loper served his general practice residency at Denver General Hospital and was three years in private practice in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He has been in private practice in Oklahoma City for twenty-one years and has served as a Clinical Instructor at the College of Dentistry for twelve years. Dr. Farah Masood joined the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in 2000. She is currently serving the department of Oral Diagnosis and Radiology as a Professor and the Director of Oral Radiology. Dr. Masood completed her dental training from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry (DDS) and University of Punjab de' Montmorency College of Dentistry, Lahore, Pakistan (BDS). She completed 2-year general practice residency (GPR). Her graduate training also includes a Master of Science in Oral Biology (MS), and a certificate of Graduate Diagnostic Sciences in Oral Radiology from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry. She has also served on the faculty of the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry and the Tufts School of Dental Medicine, Boston. Currently, she is the Course Director for the oral radiology courses for dental hygiene and dental students and also participates in several post-graduate courses. She has been the Principal Investigator and Co-Investigator on numerous research projects throughout her professional career. Dr. Masood is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology, and provides advanced imaging services. She is a member of the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology, American Dental Education Association, American Dental Association, Omicron Kappa Upsilon and Oklahoma Dental Association. |

Dr. Glenn Mead received his Associates Degree from Eastern Oklahoma State College. He received his D.D.S. degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in 1977. Dr. Mead has been in private practice in Purcell, Oklahoma for over thirty-four years and has likewise been on the faculty of the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry for over thirty-three years. Dr. Mead is a member of the American Dental Association, Oklahoma Dental Association (former President), Central District Dental Society, and Fellow in the American College, International College of Dentists, and the Pierre Fauchard Academy. |

Dr. Jeanne Panza earned her D.M.D. degree in 1990 from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. She completed her residency at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Martinsburg, West Virginia, and practiced in a general dental practice in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, for the next 10 years. In September 2000 Dr. Panza began teaching at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in the Oral Diagnosis, Treatment Planning, and Emergency clinic. Dr. Panza accepted a full-time position as Assistant Professor with the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in the Department of Oral Diagnosis and Radiology in October 2001. Four years later she was asked to serve as the Assistant Dean for Clinic Affairs, and was recently promoted to Associate Professor and Associate Dean for Clinic Affairs in July 2011, the position she currently maintains. A member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Oral Medicine, and the Oklahoma Dental Association, Dr. Panza also served as Past President for the Oklahoma Association of Women Dentists. She is proud to have been involved in a number of community service projects through the university, which include the Smiles for Success Program, the Oklahoma Mission of Mercy Project, and the Give Kids a Smile Campaign. |

Dr. Lida Radfar serves in the department of Oral Diagnosis and Radiology as an Associate Professor, conducting clinical research and instructing dental students in oral medicine. Dr. Radfar completed her dental training in the School of Dental Surgery, University of Maryland at Baltimore. Her higher education includes General Practice Residency (GPR), a Masters in Oral Biology, a certificate in Oral Medicine, and a certificate in Clinical Research. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Medicine. Dr. Radfar has been the Principal Investigator and Co-Investigator on numerous research projects throughout her professional career. Currently, Dr. Radfar works with the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation as a Co-Investigator in the Arthritis and Immunology Department. Dr. Radfar continues her research and interest in the management of oral lesions, salivary gland dysfunction/dry mouth, and in particular Sjogren's Syndrome, as well as orofacial pain at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. |

Dr. James A. Sparks is a dentist in private practice in Oklahoma City. A graduate of Oklahoma University College of Dentistry, class of 1986, where he is a Clinical Associate Professor and part time faculty in Oral Diagnosis and Radiology. He is currently serving in his fourth term as Second Vice President and editor of the news letter on the Oklahoma Board of Dentistry and is a past president on the dental board. As president of the board he championed the legislation creating Peace Officer Status for the Board’s Investigator which set the stage for legislation making the illegal practice of dentistry a felony. He has been an examiner for the Western Regional Examining Board since 1998 and in the past has examined for the Central Regional Dental Testing Service as well as the Southern Regional Testing Agency. Dr Sparks is a member of the American Dental Association, Oklahoma Dental Association, Oklahoma County Dental Society, American Association of Dental Boards, Academy of General Practitioners for Orthodontics, Pierre Fouchard Society, and will be induction into the American College of Dentists this October. He has been a member of the Oklahoma Dental Association House of Delegates and served on the Oklahoma County Dental Society Board of Directors since 1995. He has been and is currently on the Western Regional Examining Board, Board of Directors. Dr Sparks is the first dentist to be appointed to the Board of Directors for the Oklahoma Health Professionals Program, Inc. (OHPP). An organization the ODA and the Oklahoma Board of Dentistry support to assess, recommend treatment and monitor those persons with addiction or personality problems. He served on the Oklahoma State Department of Health’s committee in 1990 1991 to develop the guidelines for “HIV” and Hepatitis “B” infected healthcare workers. Dr Sparks served with the Oklahoma Office of Chief Medical Examiners in 1995 to help identify victims of the Murrah Building bombing. He worked with Habitat for Humanity in 1994 to 2002. In 1995, 1997, & 1999 he chaired committees responsible for three blitz projects, building a house in a week. Dr Sparks has been a provider for D-Dent (Donated Dental Services) from 1989 to present as well as the Oklahoma City Rescue Mission Dental Clinic from May 2009 to present and OKMOM (Oklahoma Mission of Mercy Feb5-6, 2010 Tulsa, Ok and Feb 4-5, 2011 Oklahoma City, OK.
