Have you ever tried to quit SMOKING?

We are looking for participants to be part of a research project.

• To be in this study, you must be 21-64 years of age, and a current smoker who has tried to quit smoking anytime in the past.

• You will answer questions about your health, current tobacco use, and previous attempts to quit smoking in a paper questionnaire.  This will take about 30 minutes.

• The first 100 who qualify and complete a survey will receive compensation for their time.
