Breast Cancer Research

Breast cancer is the most common type of cancer for women in Oklahoma. On average 2,500 Oklahoma women are diagnosed with breast cancer annually. The Breast Cancer Program at the OU Cancer Institute seeks to increase women’s odds in the fight against breast cancer through state-of-the-art research, screening and treatment. Research is organized around the following themes:
