Citation Appeals Process
(Includes Parking Citations & Tobacco Use Citations)
1. Print the Appeal form.
2. Fill out the form completely.
3. Make a copy of your photo ID:
- HSC Employee - Use your University ID
- Non-HSC Employee - Use your Oklahoma Driver License
4. Send to the Parking Office:
- The completed Appeals form.
- The copy of your ID.
- Attach payment for the lower ($) amount on the citation, and the citation itself. The dollar amount submitted with the Appeal is a bond. The bond will be refunded if your Appeal is approved. If it is not approved your citation is paid and no further payment is necessary.
5. IMPORTANT! Your Appeal Form & payment MUST be received in the Parking Office within 10 days of issuance of the citation. If the request is received after 10 days the citation cannot be appealed.
