Stephenson Cancer Center at OU Medicine is presenting a Gynecologic Cancers Survivors Workshop on Nov. 16. It is open to cancer patients, survivors and family members, regardless of when the patient received her diagnosis or where she was treated.
Topics covered during the workshop will include: advances in immunotherapy, medical marijuana, the role of genetics in cancer and supportive care/survivorship.
The workshop will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 16, in the Samis Education Center, Conference Room B. Samis Education Center can be accessed through The Children’s Hospital, 1200 Children’s Ave., Oklahoma City.
Free parking is available in parking garage P2 at The Children’s Hospital.
There is no cost to attend, and lunch will be provided. Reservations are required and can be made by calling (405) 271-1112.
