The Screening and Reporting Tool is not a single-use item.
Each time you experience a qualifying scenario, you must complete the University’s online Screening and Reporting Tool for assessment and clearance PRIOR to returning to campus or returning to a University-related function or obligation.
Until further notice, all individuals in campus facilities must wear disposable or fabric surgical- style facemask masks.
Masks must also be worn in outdoor campus spaces where social distancing cannot be maintained. The University will make masks available to employees and students appropriate to their on-campus responsibilities.
