Paychecks are issued on a monthly basis to University faculty, staff, and student employees. Regular salaried and hourly employees are paid on the last working day of the month. Temporary and special-pay employees are paid on the 12th of the month.
Employees without an Automatic Deposit Transmittal Form on file will be required to access their wages through a PayCard. A PayCard can be used as an alternative to traditional direct deposit for individuals without a bank account. By electing to use the PayCard, you receive your net pay in a secure account that is set up and maintained by Bank of Oklahoma. This account is linked to the PayCard, and can be used like a debit or credit card. For more information please contact Human Resources.
