2. What should employees tell patients about the Notice of Privacy Practices? When patients ask about the Notice, University employees should say something like this: "This is the University's Notice of Privacy Practices. It describes how medical information about you may be used and disclosed and how you can get access to your medical information. Please review it carefully."
