Tai Chi for Better Balance

The movements of Tai Chi help seniors reduce the risk of falling, increase balance and flexibility. Participants learn ways to improve their overall mind, body and spirit through a series of slow continuous movements. It does not matter how strong, flexible or active you are, Tai Chi is designed for people of all levels of health. This series meets twice a week, for six weeks. Currently this class is being held on the ZOOM virtual platform.  OHAI staff will be happy to assist with signing up or logging into OHAI ZOOM classes.  To register, email Devon Murray, Education Director at devon-murray@ouhsc.edu. Everyone is welcome to participate.
