TAI CHI FOR BETTER BALANCE

The movements of Tai Chi help seniors reduce the risk of falling, increase balance and flexibility. Participants learn ways to improve their overall mind, body and spirit through a series of slow continuous movements. It does not matter how strong, flexible or active you are as Tai Chi is designed for people of all levels of health. This series is a 12 session program and meets on Mondays and Wednesdays. Classes start on Monday, July 29, 2019 and ends on Monday, September 9, 2019.
