Staying Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is designed to meet the fitness needs of older adults; each class includes cardio and strength training, plus balance and flexibility exercise. Participants walk away with tools for Improving balance and flexibility, strengthening muscles, improving the quality of sleep, enhancing stamina, increasing energy level, relieving stress, improving cardiovascular functions, lowering high blood pressure, and reducing risk of falls. Currently this class is being held on the ZOOM virtual platform. OHAI staff would be happy to assist with signing in or logging onto OHAI classes.
