   Conference Parking

  • The ongoing construction at the Oklahoma Health Center Campus makes it extremely important to coordinate parking arrangements with the Parking Office.
  • Employees are expected to park in their assigned parking lot and walk or use the campus shuttle system. If you anticipate 10 or more attendees who will require parking accommodations, you must coordinate parking arrangements with the Parking Office. Please submit the completed Conference/Event Parking Request Form by clicking the "Submit to Parking" button at the bottom of the form or you may send it by fax or scan and email to parking@ouhsc.edu no less than one week prior to the event. It is best to send the Request Form when the event is in the early planning stages.
  • The Parking Office will need to know the name of the event, date(s), time(s), the number of guests anticipated, and a point of contact for the event. We will also need a confirmation email sent with the final number of attendees no less than three days prior to the event (parking@ouhsc.edu). The Parking Office will get in touch with the point of contact and work out the parking arrangements. Alternate parking facilities will be arranged according to availability.
  • Your guests will most likely be parking some distance from the event and will need to ride one of the OUHSC shuttles. Shuttle routes & times can are available with the link below.

will be able to accommodate your requested parking location.  If we are unable to fulfill your

request we will contact the department and review the available options.
