
Meningioma in smear: The white arrow points to a pseudonuclear inclusion which is a classic features of meningiomas and is best appreciated on cytologic smears. The black arrow points to a cluster of cells with whorl formation which is another diagnostic features of meningiomas.

Meningioma in smear: Meningioma cells typically retain their cytoplasm on cytologic smears. Scattered single cells are often present and the shape would suggest a piece of veil being blown in the wind.
