Staff Dispute Resolution Committee

Per 7.6.1.3 Staff Dispute Resolution Policy, a Volunteer Pool of members are chosen from a list of full-time staff provided by the Staff Senate on each campus and appointed to a three-year staggered term by the Vice President, Administration and Finance. This pool will be made available to the CHRO should they call for a Staff Dispute Resolution Committee to be formed. The volunteers must complete training required by Human Resources.

A new committee of five (5) impartial members is assembled when called upon by the CHRO. The committee will review the facts and circumstances of the dispute, apply University policies, and prepare a Report of Findings to include recommendations, if any.
