- Ensure you have the DUO Mobile app downloaded; find it in the app store; then register here. DUO will enable you to access your desktop remotely through VPN, if need be.
- Be sure all updates and security patches have been installed on your device(s).
- Log into Secure Portal from home here. This will allow you to verify that dual authentication is working properly.
