OneCard

The Sooner OneCard is the official identification card for faculty, staff, and students of the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. It is the "One" card for all of the following:

  • Door access
  • Library card
  • Facilities entrance
  • Sooner Sense debit account access.

How to Get a OneCard

• Students

A driver's license, military ID card, or passport must be presented at the OneCard Office, unless the college has arranged for us to be present at orientation. The cost of the first student ID card is $10 and replacement ID cards are $15. The card is valid for the entire period the student attends the University. The OneCard Office accepts cash, check, or debit/credit cards. Debit/credit cards will not be accepted at orientations.

• Faculty and Staff

HSC faculty and staff must also present valid photo ID (driver's license, military ID, or passport). There is no cost for the first faculty or staff ID but replacement ID cards are $15. The OneCard Office accepts cash, check, or debit/credit cards.

Manage My Account

Students, staff, and faculty can access and manage their Sooner Sense account online. The link below will allow cardholders to view recent transactions, view current balance, and make deposits.

Parents or family members may deposit money to a student's OneCard one of two ways:

• Make a deposit online:

Parents or family members can add money to a student's Sooner Sense Account online, even if they do not know the student's password. People with the account password can access a listing of transactions or deactivate that student's OneCard. Password discretion is left to the OneCard holder.
