The ID Card Office is working to minimize the campus disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Effective immediately, the following procedures will be in effect for obtaining an ID or building access card.
University Research Park 865 is now accessible without a university ID.
PLEASE remember to bring appropriate identification (Driver's License) with you to obtain your ID or access card.
Current ID Card Office hours during the COVID-19 pandemic are 8:00 AM – Noon and 1:00 PM -- 5:00 PM Mondays through Fridays. No appointment is necessary.

HSC Student Financial Aid

Out of an abundance of caution due to the circumstances surrounding COVID-19, all of the staff in the Office of Student Financial Aid will be teleworking and will not be in office until further notice.
- All staff remains available to you via email and email is the best way to communicate. If you are unsure who to contact about your question, please email financial-aid@ouhsc.edu.
- Should you call the HSC Student Financial Aid office at (405) 271-2118, please leave a voicemail and a staff member will respond to you quickly.
If you do know who to contact in the office, please contact the staff member with whom you are familiar.

For students, the Union is accessible 24/7 with a Student ID card. There is limited access for individuals who are not students, faculty, staff, or tenants. Click here to learn more.

University Health Club

University Health Club hours of operation:
- Monday – Friday: 6:00am-7:00pm
- Saturday: 10:00am-4:00pm
- Sunday: Closed
- Enter the Health Club through the south doors.
Area closures will occur twice daily for cleaning. Each area will be closed for 10-15 minutes.
University Research Park Health Club: CLOSED
No classes or personal training.

*Locker Rooms - Limited number of daily use lockers available. First come, first serve. **Pool - 1 person per lane limit. You may reserve your lane through your Account Login. Call-ahead and walk-in reservations may also be made if lanes are free. ***Hot Tub - 1 person may use the Hot Tub at a time. There is a 15 minute time limit if others are waiting.
