About the Health Club

The University Health Club is a premier health and fitness facility. The facility occupies 65,000 square feet of space, incorporating the latest technological advancements in fitness and wellness.

The University Health Club is open to OUHSC students, faculty, staff and the public. The mission of the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center University Health Club is to provide the best possible experience for the students, faculty, staff, and community members to achieve their optimal health, improve physical and mental performance and enhance their lifestyles.

The following is a summary list of services:

• Aquatics Center - Four lane 25-meter lap swimming pool and Jacuzzi. 

• Group Fitness Studio - Spacious area designed to accommodate aerobic activities, yoga, etc.

• Gymnasium - Multi-use, full size basketball court with hardwood floors.

• Locker Rooms - Spacious men and women’s locker rooms each with steam room and dry sauna, lockers, vanities, and other amenities.

• Weight Training - Spacious free weights and circuit training areas with the latest in strength training equipment including selectorized and plate loaded equipment.

• Aerobic Training - Features a variety of stationary aerobic equipment including, treadmills, stair stepping machines, stationary bicycles, elliptical machines.

• Racquetball Courts - Regulation size, glass-enclosed courts with soundproof walls.

• Personal Training - Professional assistance to improve cardiovascular health, strength, flexibility, endurance, posture, balance and coordination.

This facility is located on the Oklahoma Health Center campus, at 1000 North Lincoln Blvd. between 8th and 10th streets.

Monday - Thursday	5:30 a.m. - 9:30 p.m.
Friday	5:30 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Saturday	9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Sunday	12 p.m. - 5 p.m.
