Service Awards
Employees reaching a service milestone of 10 or more years are given a choice between a wall plaque and a desk accessory for their service award. All awards are personalized with the Awardee's name, the years of service, the OU Seal, as well as the year in which the award is presented.

Employees reaching their 5 year service milestone receive a lapel pin featuring the OU seal, as well as a Certificate of Recognition.
