Hotdog Cookout and Chili Fest !

Library Patio   

HSC Employees coming to the Library Patio can enjoy a grilled all-beef hot dog, bag of chips, and cookies along with a cold soda (or bottled water) during the Cookout!   

Chili Fest 2008 -  You can enjoy some chili on your hotdog!    Employees will bring homemade chili.    If you'd like to sign up to provide chili AND the opportunity to win great prizes, please click here.   The first 20 signing up will be entered into the drawing.  

Chili will be served at 11 a.m. and again at 12 noon.    

 During the Cookout, a DJ will be playing music for everyone to enjoy.    Several tables with chairs will also be on the Library Patio so employees can sit down to eat while interacting with other staff members.

Staff Week T-Shirts that have been pre-ordered will be available to pickup.    Extra shirts will be available to purchase, while supplies last! 

The purpose of Staff Week is to provide an opportunity for staff to get out of their office or work area, visit and interact with staff members from areas across campus, while also enjoying the event of the day.  

Employees unable to leave their office or work area may send their Employee ID with a co-worker.   However, a staff member can only bring up to 4 additional IDs.    We would strongly encourage staff to coordinate their schedules so that everyone can come out and enjoy lunch with your friends and co-workers!   

There is no cost for an HSC employee to attend the events on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday during Staff Week.   For information about each day's event, please click on the links at the left.
