Ice Cream Sandwich Day! 

2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. (while supplies last)   

Library Patio

A cold Ice Cream Sandwich will be available to HSC Employees who come to the Library Patio during the event.  

Staff Week T-Shirts that have been pre-ordered will be available to pickup.    Extra shirts will be available to purchase, while supplies last! 

The purpose of Staff Week is to provide an opportunity for staff to get out of their office or work area, visit and interact with staff members from areas across campus, while also enjoying the event of the day.  

Employees unable to leave their office or work area may send their Employee ID with a co-worker.   However, a staff member can only bring up to 4 additional IDs.    We would strongly encourage staff to coordinate their schedules so that everyone can come out and enjoy an Ice Cream Sandwich while it is cold!

There is no cost for an HSC employee to attend the events on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday during Staff Week.   For information about each day's event, please click on the links at the left.    

Members of the HSC Staff are encouraged
