Staff Recognition Luncheon

Date Wednesday, April 29, 2009
Time:

Registration begins at 10:30 a.m.

Doors to the Great Room will open at 10:30

(no one will be allowed to enter prior to that time)

  Buffet lunch will begin at 11:00 a.m.
Where:  National Cowboy Hall of Fame and Western Heritage Museum 1700 N.E. 63rd, Oklahoma City (click here for map)

Program:

OU President David Boren is invited as the keynote speaker. 

The outstanding employees who were named Employees of the Month during 2008 will be recognized with the Employee of the Year named from these honorees. 

The recipients of the Regents Award for Superior Staff and the Staff Senate Appreciation Award will also be announced.

Service Awards 

Service awards will be presented to staff who have been continuously employed with the Health Sciences Center for five years or more, in five-year intervals between January 1 and December 31, 2007.  Service awards are based on continuous service in accordance with University Policy (see Staff Handbook, Section 3.6).

Tickets: If you would like to order tickets to attend the Staff Recognition Luncheon, please complete the Ticket Request and attach payment.   Ticket Requests must be received in the Staff Senate Office, SCB 206B, no later than 5 p.m. on April 3, 2009.
